纳米MnO2：水热法制备及盐对晶型和形貌的影响

在水热条件下,向反应体系中加入简单的无机盐,利用KMnO4和MnCl2反应生成不同晶型/形貌的一维MnO2纳米材料.用X-射线衍射(XRD)、场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)、透射电镜(TEM)、高分辨透射电镜(HRTEM)以及选区电子衍射(SAED)等对产物进行了结构和形貌的表征.结果显示,加入的简单无机盐不仅影响产物的晶型,同时也对产物的形貌也起到了控制作用.     

High Sensitive Long Period Fiber Grating Sensor for Detection of Nitrite

A high sensitive long period fiber grating(LPFG) sensor for the detection of nitrite is proposed, which is realized by coating multiple poly(sodium 4-styrensulfonate)(PSS) and poly(diallyldimethylammonium) chloride (PDDA) layers on the fiber grating surface. 对盈余投资于金融市场的跳-扩散风险模型的最优投资策略和破产概率进行了研究,得到最优投资策略和最小破产概率的显示解,发现破产概率满足Lundberg等式．最后通过数值计算,得到最小破产概率与无风险利率,投资和相关系数之间的关系,以及无风险利率和相关系数对最优投资策略的影响．     

计算非负不可约矩阵Perron根的对角变换(英文)

计算非负矩阵Perron根一般通过矩阵的对角变换,但是有的时候是不可行的.本文为非负不可约矩阵的计算给了一列对角变换.此种变换对所有的非负不可约矩阵实用,并且方便计算,最后给出了数值例子.     

基于NiosⅡ的OLED显示驱动技术研究

为了利用有机发光二极管(OLED)显示屏显示字符及图形,对基于Nios技术的OLED显示驱动进行了研究。利用FPGA开发环境编写SVGA时序的Verilog HDL程序,设计了适合EMA-100080型SVGA+主动矩阵OLED微型OLED显示屏的SVGA接口;利用Nios集成开发环境编写C语言程序/控制字符、图形的生成及传输,协调NiosⅡ和FPGA之间数据传输。经调试及验证,表明OLED屏能够显示特定的字符及图形。     

测定不同形状物体空气阻力系数的实验

设计空气流速连续可调的小型风洞,对圆形平板、圆柱体、流线体的空气阻力系数进行测量.利用U型管中水柱的高度差表达孔板法中空气的流速,通过悬臂梁力传感器测量测试物受到的空气阻力,根据空气阻力和U型管中水柱的高度差的关系测定空气阻力系数.     

肖特基结的制备与势垒测量

采用磁控溅射方法在Nb07％-SrTiO3基片上制作Au薄膜接触,并在氧气气氛下750℃退火30 min,在室温环境下测量电流电压和电容电压等特性曲线,观测整流特性,根据相应实验数据采用饱和电流法、电容C-2与反偏电压V成线性关系计算肖特基势垒的大小.     

A Phase-Controlled Optical Parametric Amplifier Pumped by Two Phase-Distorted Laser Beams

We theoretically study the phase characteristic of optical parametric amplification （OPA） or chirped pulse OPA （OPCPA） pumped by two phase-distorted laser beams. In the two-beam-pumped optical parametric amplification （TBOPA）, due to spatial walk-off, both of the pump phase distortions will be partly transferred to signal in a single crystal so as to degrade the signal beam-quality, which will be more serious in high-energy OPCPA. An OPA configuration with a walkoff-compensated crystal pair is demonstrated for reducing the signal phase distortion experienced in the first stage and ensuring the signal phase independent of two pump phase distortions through the second crystal, hence maintaining the signal beam-quality. Such a TBOPA is similar to the conventional quantum laser amplifier by means of eliminating its sensitivity to the phase and number of the pump beams.     

Primary structure of p-momorcharin, a ribosome-inactivating protein from the seeds of Momordica Charantia Linn (Cucurbitaceae)

The complete amino acid sequence of β-momorcharin, a ribosome-inactivating protein from the seeds of Momordica charantia Linn (Cucurbitaceae) has been determined. This has been done by the sequence analysis of peptides obtained by enzymatic digestion with trypsin, chymotrypsin and S. aureus V8 protease, as well as by chemical cleavage with BNPS-skatole. The protein consists of 249 amino acid residues containing one asparagine - linked sugar group attached to the site of Asn 5 1 and has a calculated relative molecular mass of 28,452 Da without addition of the carbohydrate. Comparison of this sequence with those of trichosanthin and other ribosome-inactivating proteins from different species of plants shows a significant homology with each other. Regarding the similarity of their biological properties, an active domain of these proteins has been predicted here.
